My Role as Your Workforce & Culture Advisor

During periods of growth, strain, or change, many owner-led businesses need experienced leadership — but not another full-time executive.

As your Workforce & Culture Advisor, I partner with owners and executive teams on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to bring clarity, stability, and accountability to people and leadership systems.  Engagements are often structured as a Fractional Chief People & Culture Officer, providing executive-level support without the cost or commitment of a full-time C-suite role.

My work typically focuses on:

  • Workforce Development & Retention
    Identifying the true cost of turnover and implementing practical retention systems that reduce churn and protect margins.

    Developing leaders through one-on-one coaching, group training, and clear leadership pipelines — so managers lead with confidence, not guesswork.
