I'm Michael Hyland, I am a trusted Certified Coach and Consultant with over 30 years of experience in executive leadership roles within the manufacturing and non-profit sectors. 

I've had the privilege of working with leaders ranging from early career professionals to C-Suite, providing executive coaching, team development and dynamic training workshops and seminars.
